Returns Policy
Your rights
Online Wholesalers Pty Limited may offer you:
a refund or repair if the products purchased have a fault that was not known to you at the time of purchase
an exchange, if the products do not match the sample you were shown, or do not fit their description,
so long as you provide proof of purchase and the products are returned intact in their original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration shipped with the product.
Our rights
However, Online Wholesalers Pty Limited does not have to provide you with a refund or exchange if:
- you do not provide proof of purchase
- you change your mind about the products, or
- the products have been damaged by abnormal use after purchase.
Return & exchange of products
We will make arrangements with you for the return of the product. Items to be returned within Australia within 30 days of dispatch can be done so at no additional charge.
If you would to return a product, please send us an email and we will arrange for a pre-addressed Express Post envelope to be mailed to you.
Simply place the product for return inside and drop it into any Australia Post box.
